Since I started working in this industry over 20 years ago, things have changed so much. The industry has got so much bigger and that is not necessarily a good thing! The main reason I enjoy it is because I get to meet lots of lovely clients and candidates but I can’t do that if the emphasis is on speed before quality. That is why, when we set The Work Shop up, we made sure we hired people like us…committed and honest. I still get a kick out of every placement we make and making a difference to people’s lives. I can’t think of another job I would rather do. Well, other than being paid to test out new sun creams! Weekends is for family and enjoying watching our Daughter, Ellie, grow up. Especially now she is enjoying nice restaurants!
