Rebecca joined the world of recruitment 12 years ago, starting her career recruiting for the Commercial sector. Since then, she has engaged in both Technical and Senior appointments and has recently joined The Workshop to nurture and expand the Poole office where she has now been made Branch Manager.

There is nothing Rebecca enjoys more than building relationships and consulting companies on their recruiting needs whilst providing them with solutions. She is equally extremely passionate about her candidates, and you will often find her working hard in proactively seeking out opportunities for them!

Rebecca loves living by the coast, and outside of work you will usually find her actively enjoying what Dorset has to offer – typically long beach walks, paddle boarding or camping out under the stars. She has also been known to take part in the odd Marathon with the boss!
