Melissa has recently joined The Work Shop after having had a successful career in the Insurance industry. During her time in that industry she fine-tuned her skills in customer service and also dipped into recruiting for her department which she loved, so when the opportunity arose to get involved in Recruitment full-time she leapt at it.
Melissa is a born and bred Ringwood girl so was already familiar with a lot of the local residents and businesses and was really happy to find her new career path right on her door step.
In her spare time Melissa loves spending time with her family, friends and her two dogs.
