Our client is looking for a Trainee Specialist Mortgage Processor to join their growing team. This is an exciting entry-level role, perfect for recent graduates or career starters looking to build a future in short-term lending, commercial finance, and property-backed loans.

You'll work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to process applications from initial enquiry to submission. Full training and support are provided, with a clear path to progress into a Mortgage Case Manager role.

 

Key Responsibilities or Trainee Specialist Mortgage Processor:

• Process short-term and commercial mortgage enquiries


• Accurately input client data into the CRM (GDPR compliant)


• Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to move applications forward


• Collect client fees when required


• Review client documents and assess case suitability


• Input key data into lender portals and CRM systems


• Perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and raise any concerns


• Provide customer care support throughout the application process


• Attend internal training and lender briefings (in person or via Teams)


• Support other departments with compliance checks when needed

• Good IT and CRM system knowledge

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent). Graduates welcome.
