Main duties of the Freight Administrator
- Coordinating and processing freight documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely and compliant freight movement
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory using internal systems
- Preparing reports on freight activity, costs, and performance metrics for management review
- Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of freight processes and administrative procedures

The Freight Administrator position is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive annual salary of up to £27,000. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00.
