A prestigious Aerospace company based in Verwood is looking for a Despatch Packer to join the team. This is an full time position based on the shop floor of a very busy Engineering Company.

 

Responsibilities of the Despatch Packer:

• Pack and prepare components for safe and accurate shipment to customers and subcontractors


• Arrange and support the shipping process to meet delivery deadlines


• Carry out part marking for traceability using a variety of methods, including ink, vibro, and dot peen


• Ensure all part marking is completed accurately and to specification to avoid errors or scrap


• Assist in recording, organising, and maintaining stock within the department


• Monitor and maintain consumable stock levels


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area


• Support other departments as required based on business priorities

Hours: Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm and Fri 7:30am to 12:30pm

Salary £13 per hour
