Our client is looking for a good, all-around experienced administrator to cover a maternity contract for up to 12 months

The company is based in Southampton very close to M271

 

The role for the Administrator

  • First /point of contact on the phone for customers

  • Setting up Job folders

  • Diary management

  • Fleet management including fuel expenses

  • Coordination of training courses

  • Ordering PPE

  • Hiring equipment

  • Arranging Travel

  • Booking meeting Rooms


 

The client is looking for an experienced administrator who has a good command of Microsoft packages including diary management.

The Administrator role will be full-time and has free parking.
