Due to ambitious growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Executive to join their sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new customer leads and sales opportunities that are driven through the marketing activity of the company.

Main duties of the Sales Executive:
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and from company’s representatives in the field
• Progress inbound enquiries to an eventual sale, promoting the company’s services and building relationships with customers
• Identify ways in which the company can increase sales volumes and revenue from cross sale opportunities
• Proactively manage customer’s accounts through regular review meetings face to face or remotely
• Capture requirements and make recommendations based upon what is the most suitable service for the customer
• Identifying ways in which the company can offer expertise, guidance, or support to its customers in order to enhance their experience
• Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports including opportunity and revenue forecasting
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress with other team members and provide regular updates to the Management Team

Key competencies of the Sales Executive:
• Passionate about sales and in exceeding customer expectations
• Experience in working with and achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
• Excellent listening and communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new services and packages quickly
• Well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and to manage their time effectively with a proactive approach

This is a full-time and permanent role offering an annual salary up £24,000.00 DOE. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 and due to the company’s location, you will need to be a driver with own transport.
