My prestigious, established client based in Southampton is looking for an Administrator to join their growing, friendly Post Room team. This exciting role requires attention to detail, accuracy both with written and verbal communication, with a strong understanding of putting the customer first.

Main duties include:
• Unpack, sort, and register all incoming products
• Taking accurate pictures of incoming products and uploading these to the system
• Packing and shipping products out to customers
• Maintain a high level of accuracy at all times when handling, entering and dispatching products and customer details onto the system
• Support with distributing internal post across various departments

Skills and qualifications:
• A high level of attention to detail
• Good time management skills and able to effectively prioritise workload
• A flexible approach, excellent levels of concentration and a proactive outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills – knowledge of SAP preferred

As a Post Room Administrator, you will be required to work 0800-1600, Monday-Friday. My client offers free parking, and the salary will be between £19-20k dependent on experience.
