Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office administrator within a friendly, busy live events company based in Fordingbridge. The role is part time permanent, and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and be the first point of contact for client enquiries as well as liaison for existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Diary management and scheduling of installations, Events and site visits
• Basic accounts administration using Xero
• Production of new business quotes using Current RMS
• Liaising with other suppliers regarding upcoming events
• Quotations and procurement as required
• Assist in the management of company insurance renewals, accreditation and general legal requirements and compliance
• Prepare new processes, procedures and policies as required
• Undertaking any research required
• Any other ad hoc tasks as requested
• Assisting other team members as required

• Excellent organisational skills, methodical and conscientious
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and balance competing demands
• Ability to work autonomously
• Self-reliant, confident, decisive, able to use own initiative
• Good general IT knowledge
• Previous experience of basic accounts work, quote preparation or sales desirable but not essential

£9.50 per hour
Part time 16-20 hours per week
Flexible shifts
Core hours between 10:00 am -14:00 pm
Office based only
