As Internal Sales Executive you will be the primary point of contact for our broker network, supporting them from initial introduction of deals through to pay out. You will provide account management and maintain proactive client engagement to support existing proposals and identify new asset finance opportunities. You will work with the operations and credit team to support broker, direct and internal referrals as applicable.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, acting as principle point of contact for all queries and support
• Ensure a robust and proactive customer contact strategy is in place, to deliver excellent communication to our broker panel
• Awareness of deal pipeline to effectively communicate updates to brokers
• Support the operations team throughout the life cycle of a proposal from inception to pay out
• Maintain up-to-date industry and sector knowledge to understand risks and be able to help protect the business against fraud and impairment
• Assist in completion of KYC requirements for all transactions where necessary
• Assist in the loading and completion of documents and supporting information where necessary
• Update and maintain CRM where necessary

Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of financial products e.g. HP, lease and operating leases with the ability to interpret financial accounts would be advantageous but not essential
• Experience in an Internal Sales / Account Management environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience within the Business to Business environment is preferred
• Professional Customer focused approach
• Strong organisation skills and ability to work with Excel.
• Well organised, good memory and responds well when working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and helpful
