Due to expansion, my client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join an established company as a Finance Administrator with lots of company benefits and a happy work ethic. The Finance Administrator’s role will be to support both the Finance and Sales teams with all aspects of invoicing and associated tasks.

Main duties include:

• Raise invoices for both deliveries and collections
• Raise credit invoices and process recharges as necessary
• Enter sub-contract information onto system and scan in any relevant paperwork
• Liaise with credit control regarding invoicing queries and providing copy invoices
• Liaise with the sales team and investigate and resolve any queries
• Keep contracts up to date, ensuring information is correct in the online customer portal etc
• Take credit card payments for deliveries and liaise with Transport Department, sales team, and drivers on these and other matters
• Answer the telephone (first point of contact)
• Assist the Management Accountant to complete daily cashbooks
• Assist with the reconciliation of data from various sources

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience with all aspects of invoicing
• Excellent IT skills, particularly with SAGE, Outlook, and Excel
• Be able to prioritise ever-changing workloads
• Attention to detail
