We are proud to be recruiting a Field Sales Executive for our reputable client based in Bournemouth, who offer services to businesses and charities on a Nationwide scale. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and processing orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of the role:
• Identify new prospective customers through researching:

  • Potential markets
  • Organisations
  • Key decision makers
    • Respond to new incoming leads in a timely and professional manner
    • Develop good relationships with prospective and existing customers
    • Listening to understand customer requirements
    • Present features of all services and benefits
    • Build a strong sales pipeline using the company database
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
    • Communicate effectively within the company
    • Present themselves and results to the company directors

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in B2B sales
• Willing to make between 20 and 30 cold calls a day
• Enjoy presenting, making calls and developing rapport
• Understanding of the waste sector and the different types of waste streams
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
• Good knowledge of using CRM software and sales database management

• Strong and confident communicator
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management and organisation skills

If living outside of the area – this will be a home based role, however, you will be expected to visit the Bournemouth office once a week.
If living within the area – office based.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of £38,000 per annum, plus a company car
Monthly bonus of £400
On target earnings circa £43,000 per annum
On-site gym at Bournemouth office
