Main duties: –

• Processing orders via phone, website, email and live chat
• Liaising with customers to ensure correct parts have been ordered
• Contacting suppliers for prices
• Ad hoc administration duties

Skills required: –

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of accuracy
• Thrives in a fast-paced busy environment
• Previous customer service experience
