Our client is an award winning, family-owned business that have grown from strength to strength over the past 30 years!
They design, create and distribute high quality products to businesses throughout the UK and are recognised for their excellent customer services as voted by their customers.
Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a new addition to their Customer Advisor team.
As a Customer Advisor you will be responsible for taking orders from customers or their account managers either by telephone or on email. You will also need to follow up on deliveries and provide accurate information, whilst always maintaining first class customer services.
To be part of this friendly and fun team, you will need to be prepared to be hands on and work in other areas of the business as and when required – a willingness to get stuck in when needed will go a long way!
Knowledge of MS Office such as Word and Outlook are essential, along with the ability to learn an in-house bespoke system.
This role would suit an individual with previous experience of working in a similar role along with a happy telephone manner and positive approach to work.
