An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a highly successful and well-established company based in Romsey.

Key responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
• Understand the importance of reviewing trade debtor/creditors, making sure that balances are correct
• Recording of debits and credits
• Tax return drafting
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Have strong initiative to communicate with clients and provide

The ideal for Bookkeeper:
• Have solid and demonstrable bookkeeping experience
• Experience working with SAGE is a must and knowledge of Moneysoft would be an advantage
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly
• Well-structured and organised, able to prioritise work and manage their time effectively
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a busy environment
• Be flexible and pragmatic in organising a busy work stream
• Excellent communication skills

Due to the company location, you will be required to be a driver and have own transport.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity offering an annual salary of £22,000.00 + DOE. Our client can be flexible with starting and finishing times and offers hybrid working pattern if conditions to work from home are reunited. Other excellent benefits package includes pension scheme and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
