Because we care! That is an easy thing to say, and many of our competitors will say the same, but that doesn’t mean they do. How can we prove that we really do care? Well, actually its quite easy. If we didn’t care we would do the same as all of our competitors and give all of our Recruitment Consultants targets that they must hit in order to keep their jobs.
And each time they hit them we could increase them in order to make even more money. But WE DON’T have targets. Why? Because targets in our industry encourage poor practices like sending out unsuitable CV’s or, even worse, sending out the CV’s of people that the agency hasn’t even spoken to!
Even better, our fee structure is flexible and reflects the volume of vacancies you might have and the difficulty of finding each particular set of skills. Asking for your trust is a big thing, we know that, but after nearly 30 years in our industry, if we can’t ask for it…who can?
