CCA International – Client Case Study

When The Work Shop opened its original office in Ringwood one of their very first clients was the Database Factory UK LTD, a contact centre based on the edge of the town. Over the years that business has grown rapidly and we are proud to say that The Work Shop has played a major part in that growth. From what started as one off placements every now again, the requirements grew and grew and very often we would find ourselves working into the evening trying to find 20 or 30 employee’s to start in a couple of weeks-time. These have often not been easy roles to fill with both in-bound and out-bound customer services people, especially those with foreign languages, being in very high demand. Hard work but very satisfying and our business relationship has got stronger and stronger as we now know this client so well. Having recently been bought by a much larger company, CCA International, we are looking forward to supporting this fast growing company and look forward to providing them with more help. – and we will be very pleased to provide it.
