In response to the evolving challenges faced by local businesses in navigating the dynamic landscape of employment law, The Work Shop Recruitment Agency has joined forces with HR support experts Treenhill Consulting and Frettens Solicitors to launch a FREE HR Forum.

Recognising the pressing need for accessible HR and legal guidance, the forum operates via Zoom and is open to businesses across the Poole, Ringwood, and Romsey regions.

Shelley Alger, Director of The Work Shop, expressed, ‘We are attuned to the current needs of our community, and HR support emerges as a significant requirement.’ This collaborative effort aims to streamline available resources, ensuring businesses of all sizes, including sole traders, micro-businesses, and SMEs without an internal HR function, can easily access the support they need.
