Leah joined The Work Shop in May 2018 as a Candidate Consultant and quickly progressed to Temporaries Controller for our Ringwood Branch. Leah has enjoyed using her strong communication skills to excel in her first job in Recruitment and has been able to build strong relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues.
Whilst keeping her client’s best interests at heart, Leah feels she also has a duty of care to her candidates. She does her best to find the perfect role for them, be it a short term temporary role to see them through to their next permanent position, a fixed term contract to help them develop their skills and career suitability or finding them the perfect temp to perm role!
Whether you’re fresh out of education, years into your chosen career or simply looking for a change, Leah will take the time to understand what you’re looking for and match you, not only to a job that suits your skills set, but a company that fits your personality.
Leah has the ‘work hard, play hard’ ethos and can often be found letting off steam on the dance floor – safe to say she should stick to the day job!
