Bryce joined The Work Shop Romsey branch in November 2022 as a Candidate Consultant. He quickly settled into the role and enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the candidate side of the recruitment process. After gaining a solid foundation in the candidate recruitment process, he was then ready to take on a new challenge and has now progressed to a full-service recruitment consultant.

Bryce has found this new challenge an enjoyable one, and has embraced it wholeheartedly. He particularly enjoys the relationships that he is able to establish with both clients and candidates. His friendly and professional manner allows him to make good connections with those he works with.

In his spare time, Bryce loves to spend time with his friends and is a big sports fan.
