We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee HR Administrator to join a well-established business based in Poole!

This fantastic role will provide the successful candidate with full training and support to achieve and build the skills needed to develop HR.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Handle day to day queries as they arise, providing accurate HR advice where necessary
• Understand and provide support for the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement
• Understand the value and importance of documentation
• Provide administrative support, ensuring accurate and appropriate records are kept whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in the continual improvement and development of HR processes
• Assist in the continual improvement and update of company policies
• Ensure current advice is in line with Employment Law
• Understand legislation and regulatory requirements such as Health & Safety, GDPR, etc.
• Provide support to the HR Manager.

Candidate attributes:

• Previous Administration experience
• Conversant in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and well organised
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Adaptable, cooperative with a willingness to learn
• Work independently if/when required
• Good level of education

Salary: £18,000 per annum
