This exciting Telemarketing Manager’s role is to maximise the effectiveness of the existing client accounts, as well as to generate new client leads to pass to the Sales Director. You will be able to build rapport and relationships quickly with your friendly nature and have the confidence to discuss a potential sale with the client’s decision maker.

This office-based role will be to liaise with very established customers to ensure they stay loyal and continue to utilise my client’s services. The Telemarketing Manager will also have one direct report within the sales team and will be tasked to grow the team in the future.

Main duties:

• Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already known to my client
• Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure supporting marketing activity can take place to generate new business
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practise ideas
• Host visitors as required before and during any appointments
