Due to ambitious growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Human Resources Team.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for providing proactive talent acquisition and recruitment administrative support to Managers & Colleagues at all levels across the business and will be an active participant in delivering the People Agenda.

Duties of the Talent Acquisition Advisor:
• Proactively seek and recruit suitable candidates for internal vacancies across the business
• Standardise and keep up to date job descriptions for all roles and place adverts using a consistent and attractive standard
• Maximise the reach of job vacancies by professional use of social media and keep recruitment website up to date and consistent at all times
• Provide interviewing and onboarding support as and when necessary
• Actively organise and facilitate recruitment events in different areas of the business
• Make effective use of the company’s recruitment system and create a bank of quality CVs, in line with GDPR
• Collate details of agencies and recommend preferred supplier list to the HR Manager.
• Comply with internal policies and procedures
• Contribute to the monthly HR reports and people metrics
• Act as a point of contact for customer queries, answering telephone calls, emails and responding to routine correspondence.

• Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain good, accurate quality of work
• Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
• Computer and web literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft and social media
• Full, clean driving licence

This is a permanent and full-time role, offering an annual salary up to £30K DOE plus a bonus up to £10K. The hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 with the option to work one day from home after the initial induction period.
