Team Leader – Ringwood – up to £24k DOE

The Work Shop are pleased to be working with their well-established client based in Ringwood who are looking for a Team Leader to join their team.

Role and responsibilities of Team leader:

  • Lead and support a small team of part assistants and warehouse staff
  • Ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner
  • Managing customer ad invoice enquiries and warranty returns
  • Continually provide a high level of customer service
  • Manage the team’s performance through KPI’s

The ideal Team Leader:

  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to promote high standards of professional behaviour
  • Ability to prioritise workload maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Punctual and time management conscious

The hours for this role are 40 per week Monday-Friday between 8am-6.30pm.

Salary – between £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
