Team Leader – Ringwood – up to £24k DOE
The Work Shop are pleased to be working with their well-established client based in Ringwood who are looking for a Team Leader to join their team.
Role and responsibilities of Team leader:
- Lead and support a small team of part assistants and warehouse staff
- Ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner
- Managing customer ad invoice enquiries and warranty returns
- Continually provide a high level of customer service
- Manage the team’s performance through KPI’s
The ideal Team Leader:
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to promote high standards of professional behaviour
- Ability to prioritise workload maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Punctual and time management conscious
The hours for this role are 40 per week Monday-Friday between 8am-6.30pm.
Salary – between £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience.
