The Work Shop is pleased to be working with a well-established company which is looking to recruit a Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to support the company’s continued growth. This role would suit a a skilled, dedicated, and ambitious team member who is looking to join my client’s friendly Operations Team.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the day to day productivity, progress and reporting of the service desk and related services. As Service Manager, you will be an excellent communicator who can build strong customer relations. The ideal candidate will work with all departments to implement and maintain a service delivery that exceeds my client’s customer expectations.

Job Description:
• Updating service methods to improve overall efficiency
• Strategically plan for continued growth
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Instructing customers on company’s solutions
• Identify and provide training to improve performance across the company
• Dealing with customer’s enquiries and complaints
• Participate in service reviews for key clients to discuss service performance
• Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management

Knowledge and Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple complex issues, customers, and work streams
• Strong negotiator, able to influence progress for service issues that require escalated support
• Well-structured and organised – able to prioritise work and deliver upon commitments to customers
• Able to learn systems and technologies in a fast-paced environment

This exciting role will require you to work Monday to Friday 0900-1700 and is paying a salary up to £35k (dependent on experience).
