The Senior Office Administrator is a supportive role that provides administrative assistant to the Sales and Technical Teams, while also facilitating collaboration within the teams. The Senior Administrator will also function as a liaison between departments within the organisation. Responsibilities of Senior Administrator:

• Answering telephone calls and logging tickets on the CRM system.
• Dealing with, and processing customer requests.
• Quoting and ordering equipment.
• Receiving and booking in equipment.
• Managing client assets on the CRM.
• Arranging equipment returns.
• Cross-checking build of laptops & mobiles before dispatch.
• Dispatching goods.
• Updating systems.
• Ensuring office supplies and stock are always maintained.
• Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and their basic IT requirements.
• Raising Sales invoices.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
• Confident and experienced using IT systems including Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly to meet customer deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
