Job Description:

  • Tele market current & historic customer base
  • Support BDMs with location & industry targeted tele marketing
  • Support BDMs by organising meeting & call back appointments
  • Manage & support own lead generation with BDMs & other business units
  • Work to business KPIs including calls, leads generated & leads converted
  • Provide regular updates to Manager on KPI progress
  • Provide exceptional customer services on outbound enquiries

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience within the Business to Business environment is preferred
  • Experience as a sales coordinator/telesales lead generation is preferred
  • Negotiation skills when dealing with customers & prospects.
  • Professional Customer focused approach
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work with Excel.
  • Well organised, good memory and responds well when working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive and helpful

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
