We are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic client based in Poole, who are seeking a Sales Administrator/Buyer with an exceptional keen eye for detail, to join their friendly and welcoming team!
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has great administration skills who is confident on the telephone – so if you have a positive and enthusiastic approach then this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities include:
• Customer account management
• Sourcing parts
• Liaising with supply chain to obtain quotations
• Building/maintaining relationships with our supply chain
• Raising quotations to our customer base
• Data entry – updating ADS system with price/delivery info
• Assisting sales team with customer/supplier queries

Required Skills:

• Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
• Confident using the telephone
• Be computer literate with attention to detail
• Team player able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
• Proactive approach, therefore, enthusiastic with high attention to detail
• Experience in similar role within aerospace/procurement would be an advantage
