As a Part Time Administrator, you will provide general admin support to a small team.

Duties for the Part Time Administrator:

• Answer incoming calls
• Take and pass on enquiries
• Make up customer files
• Booking and diarise appointments
• Filing
• Updating Databases
• General Admin

Candidate Competencies:

• Competent in the use of Microsoft packages and Outlook
• Strong Communication skills
• IT Literate
• Previous Administrative experience

As a Part Time Administrator, you will be required to work 10am-2pm Tuesdays & Thursdays. You must be able to cover holiday on full time hours (4 weeks per year) you will be given the dates for cover in advance. The position is offering a pay rate of £10.00 per hour and free parking is provided. The company are also accessible via public transport.
