We have an exciting and unique role for an experienced Design Office Manager to oversee a very busy team.

As a Design Office Manager you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Artworkers and Copywriters whilst planning and managing the artwork studio workflow.

This role is very focused on management of the team and requires a strong people manager. You will also be responsible for reporting to the Design Director on key projects and artwork generation.

An additional prerequisite of the role is to ensure that work is generated and produced to required specifications whilst working closely with key internal business stakeholders, as well as external customers and suppliers ensuring you deliver information accurately and to deadline.

Other duties include:

• Attend meetings with management, to discuss department workloads and play a part in the discussions around future projects
• Co-ordinate with the Creative Director updates on products and then co-ordinate with the rest of the Design team
• Stock control of certain items required for production
• Signing off of invoices and liaising with Finance as and when required

The successful candidate will be a skilled Office Manager ideally with experience of working in a similar environment although this is not essential.

Exemplary client customer service is critical and day to day client contact will be required. You will also be responsible for managing and developing team members providing guidance and advice on day to day operational matters and welfare support.

Salary: £25-30k per annum
