The Work Shop is pleased to announce we are currently working with a well-established client who owns several high-quality holiday homes in the South of England and are looking to fill the following full-time position:

Maintenance person, Ringwood, Salary £25,000

Your role will be to maintain properties predominantly in and around the New Forest. Previous experience in property maintenance, building, building supervision, gardening and general cleaning is a must.

Ideal Candidate:

• All rounder
• Lots of energy
• Flexible on hours – occasional weekend/evening work and emergency call outs.
• Good communication skills
• Driver

The hours are Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm but will involve occasional weekend/evening work and emergency call outs. Must be flexible on hours.

A company van and mobile phone will be provided – own tools are required, fuel allowance and to be based predominantly in and around the New Forest in the Ringwood area.
