We are currently working a highly experienced client based in the heart of Romsey who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary who can offer support to the partners throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
• Answer telephone enquiries.
• Following office administration procedure to open new files.
• Producing draft contract documentation using a forms package.
• Apply for searches through our search provider.
• Typing correspondence and audio typing.
• Drafting transfers using forms package.
• Preparing SDLT returns on HMRC website.
• Typing bills and competition statements and associated accounts paperwork.
• Land registration via Land Registry portal.
• Using Land Registry portal.

The Ideal Legal Secretary:
• Competent user of MS office package including emails.
• Experience within the legal and conveyance sector.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Attention to detail.
