French/Italian Speaking Administrator

Our client is a vibrant, fun and exciting company with a fun product, and seek a native French or Italian speaker to join their Administration department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries where necessary
  • Respond to queries from agents and customer
  • Liaise with customers where necessary
  • Work with production and dispatch to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Work as part of a team to help sales growth

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in administration.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Italian or French
  • Organised and methodical approach to workload
  • Accurate data input skills
  • Experience of using in house systems
  • Good I.T skills (Excel)
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with a positive attitude to drive team goals
