Digital Customer Service Advisor – Poole – £20,000 DOE
My client, an exciting brand based in Poole are seeking a Digital Customer Service Advisor to maintain customer relationships. The direct digital business has grown 35% in 2019 and expect this to be a major growth driver for the business in 2020. As such, this role is crucial in maintain customer relationships.
All training will be given in this role, but you should have exceptional proven experience within a customer driven environment.
Skills of Digital Customer Service Advisor:
- Process returns from Web sales
- Deal with customer queries
- Manage social media feeds
- Manage digital channels, interfaces and stock levels for key customers
- Ad-hoc reporting, KPI reporting
- Support for other customer service functions
You must be proficient in using Excel, and ideally have Shopify and SAGE 50 experience (although these skills can be taught for the right person)
