The Work Shop are happy to be working with their client based in Ringwood who are looking for a full time customer service advisor
Main role and responsibilities;
– Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
– Manage incoming emails in order to answer any customer queries
– Support social media channels
– Provide a high level of customer service at all times
The ideal candidate will have;
– An excellent telephone manner
– Excellent literacy and numerical skills
– Good attention to detail
– be empathetic and understanding
– Previous experience within a customer service position is desirable
Hours are 40 hours per week – shifts on a rota basis Monday – Sunday
Salary – £17368.68 + bonus of up to £300 per month
