Client Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accounts & tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies
  • Engage clients via phone, email, social media, and in person, including record follow-ups
  • Manage book-keeping, VAT returns, and CIS requirements
  • Serve as a link between clients and HM Revenue & Customs, addressing queries
  • Ensure HMRC/Companies House data is accurate and current
  • Deliver top-tier client care through reports, updates, and welcoming interactions

Client Manager Requirements:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced accountancy practice with a varied client load
  • Prepare accounts & tax returns for Sole Traders, Partnerships, and Limited Companies.
  • Familiarity with Xero, Quickbooks, DEXT, Free Agent (preferred, not essential)
  • Possess a solid understanding of tax principles
