The Career Support Officer will take a pride in delivering high quality accurate work to meet deadlines.

Duties will include: –

• Being the first point of contact following registration, advising the student of the process going forward

• Acting as the liaison between the Corporate Partner and the student

• Making regular contact with the student to ensure that they are happy with the process; ensuring accurate notes are on CRM at all times

• Circulating CV’s for your students to get them into work

• Monitoring & management of intake lists to the Corporate Partner brands

• Ensuring each Corporate Partner gets the required number of applications per month

• Monitoring & supporting invoicing of student licence fees

• Being the students direct contact in the event of them having any queries

• Ensuring that you are always delivering a student focused service

• Responding to customers’ needs by seeking to understand the customer requirements and deliver a service that is responsive to these needs.

• Ensuring the information you provide customers is clear and they are kept appropriately informed throughout their journey.

Person Specification: –

• CAN DO attitude

• Ambitious with strong background in administrative skills

• Team Player

• Excellent organisational skills

• Proficient user of Excel, Word & Outlook

• Accuracy

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including first rate telephone manner

• Strong business acumen

• Ability to establish professional working relationships with corporate partners and students
