We have an exciting role for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established Accounting Practice near Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a thriving business and take your career forward!

This role is busy and varied and will involve providing PA and full Administration support to the Accountancy team including providing cover for other members of the admin support team as required.

Duties of this role include:

• Preparing engagement letters for Private Client Services (PCS) client’s in accordance with Company and regulatory procedures.
• Provide training and support to other Administrators
• Undertake new client take on in accordance with Company procedures and compliance with Anti money laundering procedures.
• Account’s administration such as raising and printing bills and then updating the billing schedule.
• Maintenance of client details on IRIS, Practice Ignition and Karbon database.
• Scan and upload client records to portal
• Ensure that all tax return information is booked in and allocated to the relevant CSM
• Ensure that tax returns are sent to the outsourcing resource, monitoring progress and queries, and allocation to CSMs for timely review
• Delivering returns for client review and approval, and submission to HMRC.
• Diary management for Director and Client Service Managers.
• Meet and Greet clients and visitors in Reception
• General administrative tasks
• Manage, record and provide management information in line with the team KPIs and CSFs
• Provide support to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Anti-Money Laundering Team
• Recording prospects on database and preparing quotes and presentations.
• Event organisation / mail shots / marketing support for Accountancy team.
• Website and social media updates for accounts marketing and technical communications

The successful candidate will be a professional and enthusiastic individual with solid Administration experience ideally gained within an Accountancy practice or similar professional services environment.
MS Office skills are essential along with excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and also the ability to multitask and work to deadlines.

Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum DOE
