Account Administrator (E-Commerce) – Totton SO40 – £21,000-£22,000 DOE
As an Account Administrator (E-Commerce), you will co-ordinate, analyse and report on European Amazon Customer Returns, as well drive procedures on rejecting incorrect Amazon charge back claims.
Duties for the Account Administrator (E-Commerce):
- Deal with discrepancies between returns sent by Amazon and credits they are claiming
- Look at trend analysis and analysing data
- Manual tasks of checking information entered on the system
- Create processes to meet the new business needs with the Amazon returns project
- Organise, pursue and raise claims held against Amazon through to completion via Vendor Portal
- Ensure Amazon sales figures are accurately reflected in financial accounts and sales reporting
- Monitor the returns project to keep with agreed KPIs
- Reconciliation and analysis of chargebacks declared by Amazon against internal returns data
Candidate Competencies:
- Proficient with Data analysis and reporting
- Great attention to detail
- Keen problem solver
- Good excel and data analyst skills
- Ideally has worked with online retailers in the past
- Database experience (Oracle preferably)
