Andrew – Candidate Case Study

A large part of our day is spent searching through some of the National Job Boards that we are signed up to trying to find CV’s that are worth looking at. During one of these searches we came across Andrew whose background was in retail. Retail is not a sector we supply but Andrew made it clear he wanted to try something different. We spoke to him and he explained that he wanted an office job and his enthusiasm made us sit up and take notice.

We arranged for him to come in and see us and he was just as impressive face to face so we set about trying to find him a new career.

We approached several of our long standing clients but most declined to see him based on the fact that he had no office experience. However, after much effort, we managed to secure Andrew an interview at one of our clients and very quickly after that Andrew started his new career as a Recruitment Resourcer with one of our best clients.
