SALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER – POOLE – GOOD BASIC + £55K OTE (UNCAPPED COMMISSION)

 

Due to my client’s continual growth, they are seeking five Account Managers/Sales Executives to join their expanding, dynamic and exciting team of Sales Professionals. There are two separate roles available as described below;

 

You should have relevant experience in Account Management/Sales within the IT industry, although not set in stone, an interest in IT will also be considered, eagerness is the key to this role!

 

The Ideal Sales Executive / Account Manager will need the following skills attributes and experience:

 

  1. Distribution Role
  • B2B sales and pro-active account management
  • Business development of new and existing client base
  • Maximise sales opportunities by cross selling and up selling
  • Sales negotiation and closing of deals
  • Development of technical skills through training
  • Visiting customers to build relationships
  1. Systems Integrator / Managed Service Role
  • Consultative solution selling
  • Proactive technical sales to achieve set targets
  • Business development of new and existing client base
  • Maximise sales opportunities by cross and up selling
  • Coordinate with Ops team regarding installations, costings and delivery of projects
  • Build marketing plans with our marketing department for lead generation
  • Provide reports on sales analysis and activity

 

The right Sales Executive / Account Manager must have the following skill-sets:

  • The PASSION to sell technical solutions
  • The DRIVE to meet and exceed KPI’s and sales targets
  • The ABILITY to naturally build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Skills in cold-calling and business development
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident communication – excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • IT literate on all “standard” Microsoft Office packages
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
