Customer Care Advisor – SO30 – £17,450 rising to £18,485

 

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be resolving incoming queries from customers, taking them through a series of Diagnostic processes.

Your Role as Customer Care Advisor:

 

  • You will be working within a small and friendly team taking incoming calls from customers
  • You will be resolving customer enquiries
  • Replying to email and general correspondence
  • Handling customer complaints and finding resolve
  • Making sure you set the customer expectation from the start in regards to process and time scales

 

The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Advisor:

 

  • Will be logical and able to take a customer through a series of Diagnostic processes by using appropriate dialogue
  • Have previous experience of dealing with high volume inbound calls
  • Have the ability to deal with confrontational customers
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be cheerful within a friendly team environment

This full time position requires a candidate to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and 8:30am-4:00pm on a Friday. The salary is £17,450 rising to £18,485 after probation.
