As Conference Coordinator you will be required to facilitate high profile conference audio and video calls hosted through worldwide media.

The Position of Conference Coordinator

  • Coordinating audio conference calls hosted over worldwide coverage
  • Monitoring quality and obtaining feedback from the clients on the calls
  • Resolving any technical issues before, during and after the call
  • Invoicing and account queries

The Successful Candidate For Conference Coordinator

  • Will have a high standard of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Be methodical in approach
  • Be available from 7.00am – 9.00pm Monday – Friday during busy periods as a shift pattern will commence
