Complaints Handler Chandlers Ford SO53 £22,000

As superb opportunity has arisen to work as a Complaints Handler within an established and highly successful business, offering a generous package to include, subsidised Gym membership, subsidised canteen, health plan, group pension and off site park and ride. The hours of work are 8.00am – 5.00pm and 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.

The Position of Complaints Handler

  • You will be expected to liaise with external industry bodies such as Ombudsman and Citizens Advice Bureau to ensure customers issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • You will be dealing with escalated complaints
  • Handling and resolving a variety of inbound written and verbal customer complaints
  • Taking ownership of complaints, deciding the best course of action and providing a high level of customer service
  • You will be expected to make decisions and agree/negotiate a resolution
  • You will need to adhere to tight time scales and provide accurate responses to all complaints in line with business practices
  • You will be a strong relationship builder

The Successful Candidate for Complaints Handler

  • Will have a background in escalated Complaints and experience of dealing with a regulatory Ombudsman
  • A good standard of written English
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise a heavy work load
