The Work Shop are pleased to be working alongside a local Construction company who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.


The Job

As Office Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to; –


  • Answer the phone in a professional manner
  • Create sales invoices
  • Marry purchase invoices with delivery notes
  • Enter purchase invoices onto Sage
  • Write cheques for suppliers and print remittances
  • Deal with fuel cards
  • Prepare and check subcontractor time sheets
  • Order stationary
  • Check supplier statements
  • Pay vehicle taxes
  • Prepare and pay subcontractor invoices
  • Filing
  • General office administration duties
  • Prepare monthly intercompany invoices


The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and professional with administration experience. You will be happy to work on your own as well as part of a team. Sage experience is desired but not essential.


Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hours for lunch

Salary – £18,000 to £20,000
